From a young age, I was mesmerized by the artistic world my mother inhabited. She painted with effortless grace and immersed herself in the ever-evolving world of fashion. Watching her, I felt an innate pull toward creativity, and by the time I was 15, I had already begun my journey into the world of beauty. It started with makeup—a passion that would shape my career and lead me down paths I never could have imagined.
Years of dedication turned into decades of expertise. Over time, I built my own beauty salon in Romania, specializing in makeup, hairstyling, eyelash extensions, microneedling, and lip augmentation. There is something magical about enhancing someone’s confidence through beauty. Seeing the joy on my clients’ faces reaffirmed my purpose—bringing beauty to life every day.
The Evolution into Event Planning
Life has a way of weaving passions together, sometimes in the most unexpected ways. My journey as a beauty entrepreneur was fulfilling, but I discovered another calling while running my pub, restaurant, and hotel in Romania. Each event I hosted was more than just a gathering—it was a moment of shared laughter, connection, and celebration. The sheer joy of bringing people together ignited something in me.
It felt natural to transition into event planning. Every party I designed was an opportunity to create unforgettable memories. To me, there is nothing quite as special as orchestrating those magical moments that remind us of the beauty in togetherness. This realization led me to co-found Monopole Events, where my partner Luc and I work to craft experiences that leave lasting impressions.
Grace Under Pressure
No business journey is without challenges. Some of my most testing moments came when multiple crises struck at once—staff needing guidance, unexpected hurdles arising, all demanding immediate attention. Yet, through every high-pressure situation, I learned to remain calm, analyze the problem, and find quick, effective solutions.
That ability to navigate chaos with composure has been one of my greatest strengths. No matter how demanding the moment, I have learned that a leader’s greatest asset is their ability to stay steady in the storm.
Mastering the Art of Social Media
In today’s world, social media is more than just a tool—it’s an open CV, always visible to those who take the time to scroll. My journey into social media began in 2017, purely as a way to promote my business. What started as simple posts soon evolved into a powerful platform that brought me global recognition.
They say, “Any publicity is good publicity,” and I’ve found that to be true. Social media opened doors I never anticipated, connecting me with incredible people and expanding my business in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Today, I manage 16 social media accounts, both private and business. If you’re not sharing what you do, how can people know your value? Social media is proof that visibility breeds opportunity.

Alongside my partner Luc, a skilled photographer and entrepreneur, I bring my expertise as a makeup artist, promoter, and interviewer. Together, we elevate each project, ensuring that every collaborator receives the recognition they deserve.
Our philosophy is simple—gratitude and teamwork create strong, lasting relationships. We don’t just plan events; we create opportunities for everyone involved to shine. This mindset has built a community of talented individuals who inspire and uplift each other.
A Dream Realized in the South of France
Some moments in life feel like milestones—proof that hard work and passion can lead to extraordinary places. One of my proudest achievements is co-owning an incredible hotel, restaurant, and event space in the South of France with Luc.
Overlooking the breathtaking River Lot, La Roche D’Andreea is more than just a venue; it’s a vision brought to life. With so many exciting projects ahead, we are working to transform this space into something truly remarkable—a place where people can come together, celebrate, and create unforgettable memories.
