“I didn’t even realize what was happening,” she says, her eyes lighting up with the memory. “When I heard Czech Republic, I just started crying. It was such an emotional moment — one I’ll carry forever. In that instant, I realized that dreams really do come true if you never give up.”
That night, as she was crowned Miss Business Global 2025, Jana wasn’t just representing her country — she was representing the power of perseverance, authenticity, and purpose.
A Journey with Purpose
For Jana, joining Miss Business Global wasn’t about fame or glittering gowns. It was about meaning.
“Vietnam is such a stunning country — the temples, the culture, the food — everything was magical,” she recalls. “But what truly made Miss Business Global special was its heart. It’s not only about beauty; it’s about business, environmental care, and giving back.”
Throughout the competition, Jana and her fellow delegates took part in tree-planting projects, charity visits to orphanages, and workshops that promoted leadership and entrepreneurship among women.
“It’s rare to find a pageant that celebrates purpose as much as it celebrates beauty,” she says. “That’s why I wanted to be part of it — to show that you can be strong, kind, and impactful at the same time.”
Her message to young dreamers is simple and powerful:
“Never give up on your dreams. Work hard, believe in yourself, and you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve.”
Winning the Hearts of the People
Beyond the crown, Jana took home another honor that touched her deeply — the People’s Choice Award.
“Winning People’s Choice means everything to me,” she says softly. “It’s not the first time I’ve received it, but every time feels emotional. It’s proof that people see your heart, not just your beauty. When God gives you such a blessing, it’s your duty to give back.”
That heartfelt connection with people — both online and in person — has become her greatest motivation. It’s what drives her to turn visibility into impact.
Beauty with a Mission
Since winning her title, Jana has embraced her platform as a vehicle for change. Charity, she says, has become one of her deepest passions.
“Thanks to this title, I can now support even more projects — from tree-planting in the Czech Republic to educational initiatives with TAYLLORCOX,” she shares. “Education should be a right, not a privilege. Unfortunately, in many places, even basic schooling isn’t guaranteed. I want to help change that.”
Her commitment also extends to environmental protection and children’s welfare.
“Children are our future,” she says. “I want my little niece to grow up in a world where nature and kindness still exist. That’s why I care so deeply about protecting the planet and supporting orphanages across the world.”
Empowering the Next Generation
Jana’s influence doesn’t stop with her crown — she’s also an entrepreneur and the founder of MJ TOPMODEL, an agency dedicated to helping aspiring models find their voice in an industry that can often silence individuality.
“I started MJ TOPMODEL because I wanted to create a safe space for girls,” she explains. “I wasn’t the tallest or the typical model type, and I faced a lot of rejection. I saw how damaging the pressure could be — the perfectionism, the comparison, even harassment. I wanted to protect young women from that and help them find confidence.”
Today, MJ TOPMODEL offers masterclasses, mentorship, and international pageant opportunities, empowering new talents to embrace who they are — not what they’re told to be.
“Sometimes, all a girl needs is someone to believe in her,” Jana says. “I want to be that person.”
A Crown with a Cause
As Miss Business Global 2025, Jana’s mission is clear — to turn her title into a tool for global impact.
“I want to visit as many countries as possible, support local charities, and inspire others to take action,” she says with conviction. “I want to be remembered as someone who helped — not just as someone who wore a crown.”
Her philosophy is rooted in resilience:
“I wanted to quit a thousand times,” she admits. “But every time I felt like giving up, God gave me a sign to keep going. If you stay kind, work hard, and believe, your dreams will find you.”
And when she needs grounding, Jana always returns to her roots.
“My family is my peace,” she smiles. “They are my balance, my strength, my everything.”
