Share your background and what led you to launch Ivanka & Co.
I’m Ivanka, originally from Ukraine. My journey began as a teacher of English and German. I graduated from Ternopil pedagogical university in Ukraine ) with a passion for connecting and inspiring others.
I authored two textbooks, still used by medical students in Ukraine, but my path took a life-changing turn when I hosted a special event for a team of visiting doctors from London. They loved it, and that moment sparked a collaboration—and a new adventure. Thanks to their support, I traveled to London, where I found endless inspiration and opportunities. It wasn’t easy leaving behind my family and my beloved career, but I knew London was where I could truly grow and give back. I took the leap, and it’s been one of the best decisions of my life.
Fast forward to today—I’ve built a career doing what I love most: bringing people together.
After organizing a successful international event in support of Ukraine in July I realized this was just the beginning. The energy, connection, and positive vibes were undeniable, and people kept asking me to do more.
So, I listened to my heart and decided to create Ivanka & Co – an events company and women’s club where we can empower and uplift each other in these challenging times. Because I believe in the power of unity and the strength we have when we come together. Stay true to yourself and always keep moving forward! Strength in Unity!
I must say, when I moved to England, I quickly realized that starting fresh in a new country could be both exciting and challenging. It wasn’t just about finding a new routine—it was about finding a community. I knew firsthand how important it was to have support, especially when everything around you is unfamiliar. The power of connection, friendship, and shared experiences was what kept me grounded.
That’s when the idea of Ivanka & Co was born. I wanted to create a space where women could come together, uplift one another, and build a community based on empowerment and unity. Whether you’re new to the country or looking for that spark of inspiration, my club is about women supporting women, sharing knowledge, and growing stronger together. To me the most important message to me that I want to underline that every woman no matter from which country she is, which background or culture she can always uplift another one and that’s the power of all of the women globally!
Share your vision for 2025.
My plan for 2025 is:
-to continue growing Ivanka. & Co by launching different projects
– to do more collaborations with other powerful women in order to demonstrate and celebrate the unity and that we are stronger when we are united together when we can add up so much value to each other by helping, supporting and understanding each other
– to launch merchandise products of Ivanka & CO
– to establish membership fee annually and monthly
– to build up strong and united team of leaders
-to collaborate with another club in different country e.g. Italy, Dubai etc
– to connect with more women who can make a big impact on the development of Ivanka & CO brand
– to visit conferences, events worldwide where I can also introduce and represent my brand
Some few words about me , that actually describe my personality and inner world
I Am in the Pink! I’m embracing the phrase “I am in the pink.” For me, it’s more than just a color – it’s a mindset, a way of living. Pink is about being bold yet soft, strong yet compassionate. It’s about showing up for yourself and others with energy, positivity, and a sense of purpose. In my life and work, I’ve learned that no matter what challenges come my way, it’s my attitude that defines the outcome. Whether I’m organizing an event, building a community, or simply having a cup of coffee, I choose to see the world through a lens of optimism. I choose to be in pink. For me, being in the pink means believing in the power of unity, collaboration, and lifting each other up. It means staying true to myself, while also being open to the beauty and strength of the people around me. So today, I invite you to join me in this mindset – let’s live life in the pink, with a heart full of hope, a mind full of ambition, and a spirit that’s ready to take on the world.
